In today’s changing technological landscape, the practice of technical communication has become more dynamic and complex because of the ongoing evolution and reinvention of technology and work.  Today’s professionals face an ever-increasing set of challenges in developing documents, from analysing global contexts to designing digital content.  This course prepares students to meet such challenges and to become responsible communicators in a technologically saturated world when communicating technical information clearly to diverse audiences in business, government, and technical environments.
